Refund Policy – Mint Investing

At Mint Investing, we strive to deliver the best possible experience to all our users. However, we understand that there may be instances where a user wishes to request a refund. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our subscription plans.


1. Subscription Plans

Mint Investing offers two paid subscription plans within the Mint Investing app:

  • 1-Month Plan: ₹999

  • 3-Month Plan: ₹1,999

These plans provide access to Mint Investing’s research-based Stock Recommendations and Stock Analysis, in compliance with SEBI guidelines.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Technical issues that prevent access to the purchased service, verified by our support team.

  • Duplicate payments made due to a system or transaction error.

  • Any other valid reason determined by the Mint Investing support team after review.

  • If the client has used the services for a certain number of days, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the charges for the days used from the total subscription value.


3. Deductions During Refund

When processing refunds, certain deductions will apply depending on the user’s device, payment gateway, and verification costs.

For iPhone (iOS) Users:

  • Apple Platform charges 27% on every transaction.

  • GST is included on the total amount.
    Therefore, if you are an iPhone user, these charges (27% Apple Platform Fee + GST) will be deducted from your refund amount.

For Android Users (Razorpay Payments):

  • Payment Gateway charges 3% transaction fee.

  • GST is included on the total amount.
    Hence, if you are an Android user, these charges (3% Platform Fee + GST) will be deducted from your refund amount.

Additional Deductions:

The following verification-related charges will also be deducted from the refund amount:

  • Aadhaar e-Sign: ₹14.25

  • Aadhaar Verification: ₹0.70

  • PAN Verification: ₹1.50


4. Refund Process

  • To initiate a refund, users must email support@mintinvesting.in with their registered mobile number, transaction ID, and reason for refund.

  • Once verified, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method, after deducting applicable charges and usage-based fees as mentioned above.
