B. Details of Business Transacted by the Research Analyst

Publish research reports based on research activities.
Provide an independent and unbiased view on securities.
Offer unbiased recommendations with disclosure of financial interests.
Provide recommendations based on publicly available information.
Conduct annual audit.
Ensure advertisements adhere to the Advertisement Code for Research Analysts.
Maintain records of interactions with clients and prospective clients.

C. Services Provided to Investors

Onboarding of Clients

Sharing terms and conditions of research services.
Completing KYC of fee-paying clients.

Disclosure to Clients

Disclose all material information including business activity, disciplinary history, risks and conflicts.
Disclose use of Artificial Intelligence tools.
Disclose conflicts while distributing third-party research reports.
Disclose conflict of interest with other activities.

Distribute research reports without discrimination.
Maintain confidentiality until public publication.
Respect data privacy and protect client information.
Disclose timelines and adhere to them.
Provide caution notices for complex/high-risk products.
Treat all clients with honesty and integrity.

D. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Investors may approach the Research Analyst directly. Grievances shall be addressed within 21 days.

Do's

Deal only with SEBI registered Research Analysts.
Verify valid SEBI registration number.
Review disclosures before investing.
Make payments via banking channels only.
Seek clarifications before acting on recommendations.
Inform SEBI if assured/guaranteed returns are offered.

Don'ts

Do not provide funds to the Research Analyst.
Do not fall for misleading advertisements.
Do not share login credentials of trading/demat/bank accounts.
