Refund Policy – Mint Investing

At Mint Investing, we strive to deliver the best possible experience to all users. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our subscription plans.

1. Subscription Plans

Mint Investing currently offers the following subscription plans (all prices include GST):

• Mint Pro Investor – ₹99 Trial Plan: 30 days of full Mint Pro Investor access, for eligible first-time subscribers only (one trial per user / eKYC). Auto-renews to the Quarterly Plan at ₹1,999 on Day 31 unless auto-renewal is cancelled.
• Mint Pro Investor – Quarterly Plan: ₹1,999 for 3 months, auto-renews every 3 months.
• Mint Score: 5 stock checks free, then ₹149 per month for unlimited checks.

Mint Pro Investor plans provide access to research-based Stock Recommendations and Analysis in compliance with SEBI guidelines. Mint Score is a stock health indicator and not a buy, sell or hold recommendation.

2. Cancelling Auto-Renewal

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time before your renewal date through the App or your payment gateway / App Store settings. Cancelling prevents future charges, and your access continues until the end of the current subscription period.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Verified technical issues preventing access to purchased services.
• Duplicate payments due to system or transaction errors.
• Any other valid reason determined by Mint Investing support after review.

If services have been used, refund amount will be calculated after deducting usage-based charges from the total subscription value.

4. Deductions During Refund

For iPhone (iOS) Users:

• Apple platform charges per transaction
• GST applicable on total amount

For Android and Web Users (Razorpay):

• Payment gateway transaction fees
• GST applicable on total amount

Additional Verification Charges:

• Aadhaar e-Sign – ₹14.25
• Aadhaar Verification – ₹0.70
• PAN Verification – ₹1.50

5. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, email support@mintinvesting.in with:

• Registered mobile number
• Transaction ID
• Reason for refund

Once verified, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method after applicable deductions.
