Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and legal obligations governing your use of the Mint Investing platform and research services.

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Mint Investing website, mobile application, research services, Mint Pro Investor Plan, Mint Score and related features.
Mint Investing is a SEBI-registered Research Analyst bearing Registration No. INH000010177 and BSE Enlistment No. 5616.
By creating an account, accessing research services, purchasing a subscription or providing consent to these Terms & Conditions, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms, applicable SEBI regulations, circulars, guidelines and the applicable Most Important Terms and Conditions for Research Analysts.
1. Nature of Services
Mint Investing provides research and analytical services relating to listed equity securities.
Depending on the user’s access level or subscription, services may include research recommendations, Live Stream updates, Focus List, Open Positions, Closed Positions, market and sector analysis, Mint Score and other research or educational features made available through the platform.
Mint Investing does not manage client funds, operate trading or demat accounts, execute trades on behalf of clients, provide portfolio management services or guarantee investment returns.
Any transaction based on research made available through Mint Investing is undertaken by the user independently and at the user’s own discretion.
2. Free Access After Sign-Up
After successful registration, an eligible user may receive limited complimentary access to selected features of the Mint Investing platform.
Currently, such access may include access to one eligible stock without charge and limited access to selected messages or content on the Live Stream.
Free access is provided solely to allow users to understand the platform and its research approach.
Free access does not guarantee availability of any particular stock, a recommendation at any particular time, a minimum number of recommendations or Live Stream messages, or continued availability of any particular free feature.
Inclusion of a stock in any free-access section, Focus List, Mint Score or other research feature should not be interpreted as a Buy, Sell or Hold recommendation unless it is expressly identified as a research recommendation.
3. Mint Pro Investor Plan
Mint Pro Investor is Mint Investing’s paid research subscription.
An active Mint Pro Investor subscription may provide access to stock research recommendations, entry/risk/stop-loss/target/exit-related research updates, Live Stream, Open Positions, Focus List, Closed Positions and track record, market and sector research, stock analysis and other premium features identified within the App.
The exact features available under a plan are those displayed in the App at the time of subscription.
The availability and frequency of research recommendations depend on market conditions and the research process. No minimum number of recommendations is promised or guaranteed.
4. ₹59 Introductory Trial Offer
Eligible first-time users may subscribe to the Mint Pro Investor Plan for ₹59 for the first 90 days.
The ₹59 amount is an introductory trial price for access to the Mint Pro Investor Plan during the 90-day trial period. It is not the regular subscription price.
The regular Mint Pro Investor subscription price after the trial is currently ₹1,999 for 3 months / one quarter.
The applicable amount, taxes and billing terms will be displayed to the user before payment confirmation.
The introductory offer is available only to eligible first-time Mint Pro subscribers, is limited to one introductory trial per user/eKYC identity, and is non-transferable.
Mint Investing may deny repeat trial eligibility where its records reasonably indicate that a user has previously availed the introductory offer using the same identity, KYC credentials or another account associated with that user.
5. Automatic Renewal of Mint Pro
Unless auto-renewal is cancelled before the renewal becomes due, the ₹59 introductory subscription will automatically renew on completion of the 90-day trial period at the then-applicable Mint Pro Investor quarterly subscription price, currently ₹1,999 for 3 months.
Days 1-90: ₹59 introductory trial. Day 91: ₹1,999 quarterly renewal, if auto-renewal remains active.
The renewal amount and renewal date are also displayed within the App.
A user may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the applicable renewal is processed.
Cancelling auto-renewal does not itself terminate access already paid for. The user may continue using the relevant plan until expiry of the then-current subscription period, subject to these Terms.
If renewal payment fails or cannot be processed, paid access may expire or be restricted after the current subscription period ends.
6. Cancellation and Premature Termination
Cancelling auto-renewal means that the next subscription charge will not be initiated by Mint Investing, subject to the cancellation being completed before renewal processing.
Existing access continues until the end of the already-paid subscription period.
Where a client seeks premature termination of an ongoing paid research service, refund entitlement, if any, shall be determined in accordance with applicable SEBI/RAASB requirements and Mint Investing’s Refund Policy.
No breakage fee or similar charge is imposed where prohibited by applicable regulation.
7. Mint Score
Mint Score is a separate stock-research and stock-health feature intended to provide users with an additional analytical view of a stock based on market-related parameters.
Mint Score is not a Buy, Sell or Hold recommendation, does not constitute personalised investment advice, does not guarantee future price movement or investment returns, and should not be used as the sole basis for an investment decision.
A higher or lower Mint Score should not by itself be interpreted as an instruction to buy, sell or hold a security.
8. Five Free Mint Score Checks
Eligible registered users may receive five complimentary Mint Score checks before a paid Mint Score subscription is required.
Each stock for which a user views a Mint Score counts as one check. Not every listed stock will necessarily have a Mint Score. Availability depends on whether sufficient data and supported coverage are available.
9. ₹99 Mint Score Subscription
After the complimentary allowance has been used, an eligible user may subscribe to Mint Score for ₹99 per month.
An active Mint Score subscription provides unlimited Mint Score checks for supported stocks during the applicable subscription period, subject to service availability and the terms of the subscription.
“Unlimited” refers to the number of eligible Mint Score checks and does not mean that Mint Score will necessarily be available for every security.
10. Automatic Renewal of Mint Score
The ₹99 Mint Score subscription is a recurring monthly subscription.
Unless auto-renewal is cancelled before the next billing date, ₹99 will be charged for each subsequent monthly subscription period at renewal.
A user may cancel auto-renewal at any time before renewal processing.
After cancellation of auto-renewal, Mint Score access continues until the end of the then-current paid billing period.
No further recurring payment will be initiated by Mint Investing after the cancellation takes effect, subject to payments already initiated or processed.
11. Mint Pro and Mint Score Are Separate Plans
Mint Pro Investor and Mint Score are separate subscription products unless expressly stated otherwise in the App.
Purchasing Mint Pro does not automatically include a paid Mint Score subscription, and purchasing Mint Score does not automatically provide access to Mint Pro Investor features, unless the specific plan displayed at purchase expressly states otherwise.
12. Fees and Payments
The client agrees to pay the subscription fee and applicable statutory charges displayed before payment.
Fees charged by Mint Investing shall remain subject to limits and requirements prescribed by SEBI/RAASB from time to time.
Payments shall be accepted only through permitted payment mechanisms.
13. No Guaranteed Returns
Neither Mint Investing nor any representative of Mint Investing guarantees profit, investment returns, accuracy of recommendations, achievement of target prices, avoidance of losses, recovery after a decline or risk-free investing.
Recommendations, views, targets, stop-losses, Mint Scores, market views and other research are based on information and analysis available at the relevant time and may change as conditions change.
14. Market Risk and User Responsibility
Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks.
Users are responsible for considering their financial circumstances, investment objectives, risk tolerance and other relevant factors before acting on research.
Research provided by Mint Investing does not ensure that a stock will move in the expected direction.
Stop-losses and target prices are research levels and may be affected by gaps, liquidity, execution prices, market disruptions or other conditions.
Past performance, historical recommendations and historical Mint Score behaviour are not assurances of future performance.
15. No Personalised Investment Advisory
Mint Investing operates as a Research Analyst and not as an Investment Adviser.
Unless separately permitted under applicable regulation, research content is not personalised to a user’s individual financial situation, investment objectives, portfolio composition or risk profile.
16. Research Frequency and Availability
Mint Investing does not guarantee that recommendations will be issued daily, a fixed number of stocks will be recommended, the Focus List will always contain stocks, Open Positions will always exist, or a recommendation will arise from every stock monitored.
Research is published only when the relevant research process identifies a suitable opportunity.
17. KYC and Account Eligibility
Paid research services may require completion of KYC and other regulatory onboarding requirements.
The user must provide accurate, complete and current information.
Mint Investing may restrict, suspend or refuse paid access where KYC cannot be completed, information supplied is incorrect or inconsistent, regulatory requirements prevent onboarding, fraudulent or abusive account activity is suspected, or the same individual attempts to repeatedly avail an offer intended only for first-time users.
18. Account Use and Security
Accounts are personal to the registered user and may not be sold, transferred or shared.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and devices.
Mint Investing will never request the user’s trading-account, demat-account or bank-account passwords or OTPs.
19. Communications and Notifications
Users may receive service-related communications concerning account verification, subscription status, payment or renewal, research access, important position updates, security, regulatory communications and customer support.
Promotional or marketing communications are handled in accordance with applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
Push notifications, WhatsApp, SMS or email delivery may be affected by device settings, telecom networks, internet connectivity or third-party platforms. Users should not rely solely on a notification being successfully delivered and should refer to the App for current research updates.
20. Service Availability
Mint Investing will make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Temporary disruption may arise from maintenance, technology providers, internet connectivity, exchanges, market-data providers, payment gateways, operating systems or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory right of the client or regulatory obligation of Mint Investing.
21. Changes to Subscription Features and Terms
Features may evolve as the platform develops, subject to regulatory requirements.
Material changes affecting a paid subscription will be communicated appropriately.
Voluntary amendments to these Terms will be communicated with the notice required under applicable SEBI/RAASB requirements. Regulatory or statutory changes may be implemented within the timelines mandated by the relevant authority.
22. Grievance Redressal
Any grievance relating to research services should first be raised with Mint Investing through the official grievance/contact mechanism displayed on the website or App.
Mint Investing shall endeavour to resolve grievances within the period prescribed by SEBI.
If the grievance remains unresolved, the client may use SEBI’s SCORES platform and, where applicable, the prescribed Online Dispute Resolution mechanism.
23. Mandatory SEBI Terms / MITC
The applicable Most Important Terms and Conditions for Research Analysts and other mandatory regulatory disclosures are displayed in the form prescribed by SEBI/RAASB and are not to be read in a way that changes their legal meaning.
Before paid research service is rendered or fees are charged, Mint Investing obtains the client’s consent to the applicable Terms & Conditions and regulatory disclosures as required.
Mint Investing maintains an auditable record of the consent, including timestamp and version of the accepted Terms.
24. User Consent
A fee-paying user expressly acknowledges that they have read and understood the Terms & Conditions, applicable fee structure and regulatory disclosures; understand that securities investments involve market risk and research recommendations do not guarantee returns; and understand that Mint Investing does not execute trades on their behalf.
